The istanbulls fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when istanbulls's Haydar Özdinç looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Haydar Özdinç who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Jim Hultman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ingvar Kvist during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Haydar Özdinç to make the kick off. The istanbulls fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bulltofta BB had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
