In the 38th match minute, Quebra Ossos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elói Branco to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Sílvio Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronaldo Galvão during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 46 played minutes Quebra Ossos FC got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldo Galvão. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the game, Ñacuñán AC's Samuel Bernal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Richard Breckenfeld made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Gugu Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Ñacuñán AC's Ignacio Guillelmo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacinto Adrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samuel Bernal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Richard Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Bernal in the 69th minute of play. Richard Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Bernal, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Richard Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Bernal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the match, Samuel Bernal notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Quebra Ossos FC's Richard Breckenfeld. Richard Breckenfeld was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Samuel Bernal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Breckenfeld read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Ñacuñán AC booed when Quebra Ossos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute of the match Samuel Bernal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Richard Breckenfeld skillfully saved the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Quebra Ossos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ñacuñán AC.
