In the 15th minute, Haydar Özdinç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th match minute, istanbulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceyhun Koyas to maneuver through the defense. When Saltuk Vacit came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saltuk Vacit couldn't finish the play. Armağan Özsahin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Hüsrev Can made a huge save. In the 29th minute, istanbulls's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Songur Karataş fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 31 played minutes istanbulls got a freekick which was hit by İsmail Hakkı Mahşer. The supporters of ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü booed when istanbulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Songurbey Nesip didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes istanbulls got a freekick which was hit by Nafiz Özaydın. Muharrem Bağdaş in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hüsrev Can, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haydar Özdinç was the one to do the kick off. Hüsrev Can made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muharrem Bağdaş in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to istanbulls getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ceyhun Koyas hit a great ball. Hüsrev Can showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armağan Özsahin in the 54th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Songur Karataş cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Hüsrev Can was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hüsrev Can showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cihan Geylani, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Songurbey Nesip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Vahap Tezcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hüsrev Can took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaffar Özer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
