In the 12th minute, Dorel Codin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Breckenfeld was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A collision led to Stiinta-Univ. getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Edgar Coposu hit a great ball. Téo Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Richard Breckenfeld didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Aluncai went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Sandu Negara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Richard Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcel Bărcăuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. Stiinta-Univ.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quebra Ossos FC the free kick. In the 97th minute, Sandu Negara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stiinta-Univ.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
