After 44 minutes of play, Ñacuñán AC's Ignacio Guillelmo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hector Dely was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Hector Dely took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martín Arauz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Bernabe Kelemen made a huge save. But to his dismay, Ignacio Guillelmo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. With a little luck, Ñacuñán AC's Bernabe Kelemen got control of the ball when Wiliam Ulloa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frente Revolucionario F.C's attack was well implemented in the 73rd minute, but when Wiliam Ulloa was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Constantino Gaufred scored 3-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hector Dely, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hector Dely showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Guillelmo in the 89th minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Ñacuñán AC got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Santana. Ñacuñán AC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
