The audience thought a goal was coming when Karol Panasewicz got free with Wilhelm Galle in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain State's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Käller came free, but Robin Sharma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karol Panasewicz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilhelm Galle came out and tried to block the shot, but Karol Panasewicz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Kind of Blue's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joacim Hansson in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robin Sharma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karol Panasewicz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilhelm Galle came out and tried to block the shot, but Karol Panasewicz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. Kind of Blue's Anastasios Pallini was substituted for Jonny Lagerberg. Blue Mountain State's Epigonoi Honjas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Håkan Mild in the 28 minute of the game. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blue Mountain State's goalkeeper Robin Sharma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 30 minutes Blue Mountain State's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joacim Hansson who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Kind of Blue's corner Zhuo Ke Le fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robin Sharma quite easily take care of the ball. Tonhão Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Tonhão Rodrigues fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kind of Blue's protests and gave Tonhão Rodrigues a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, Kind of Blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tonhão Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Käller made a kick off. Sebastian Käller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Sharma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Aznar in the 56th minute of play forced Blue Mountain State's goalkeeper Robin Sharma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Håkan Mild in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Blue Mountain State's Tevfik Hunalp. Yaser Oğuzman was slow to take the kick. During this time Blue Mountain State's players had a chance to rest. Blue Mountain State's Aykut Aşkın was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wilhelm Galle in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 67 minutes into the match, Karol Panasewicz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle. Wilhelm Galle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Blue Mountain State made a substitution. George Popescu replaced Aykut Aşkın. Blue Mountain State's Gökcan Bergin was substituted for Tang Yang Le. Kind of Blue's Östen Högman was substituted for Zhuo Ke Le. The Blue Mountain State fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kind of Blue had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
