The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Koray Baran took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thomás Toscano. Thomás Toscano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 7 minutes of play, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Koray Baran made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomás Toscano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Capibaribe Stars made a substitution. Robinho Urbano replaced Daniel Sousa. Capibaribe Stars's Henry Costa was substituted for Daşdämir Albändiyev. In the 13th minute, Capibaribe Stars's Hicham Al Azka ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cihan Zafer. Cihan Zafer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's goalkeeper Cihan Zafer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thomás Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koray Baran in the 30th minute of play. Pan Zhi Peng hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Koray Baran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Cengiz Rüşti hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Robinho Urbano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cihan Zafer, 2-2. 46 minutes into the match, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Koray Baran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomás Toscano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 46 minutes of play, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Koray Baran made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomás Toscano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Thomás Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Musa Aydoğan in the 63rd minute of play. Musa Aydoğan might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomás Toscano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Musa Aydoğan ran back to his position shaking his head. Thomás Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Musa Aydoğan in the 65th minute of play. Thomás Toscano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Musa Aydoğan went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Capibaribe Stars's Thomás Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Musa Aydoğan in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute of the game Percy Koehler made a throw-in which Abdullah Ercan played forward. The crowd rose to their feet as SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Maximo Urritz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thomás Toscano. That made the score 2-5 after 80 minutes of play. In the 84th match minute, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percy Koehler to maneuver through the defense. Maximo Urritz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Thomás Toscano came out and tried to block the shot, but Maximo Urritz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-7 in the 95th minute.
