Abelardo Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Jim Pedersson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by João Vítor Trevisan, made in the 38th minute of the game. With a little luck, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Adilson de Amorim got control of the ball when Juan Manuel Olivera tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Red Dragon FC - DMZ fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Red Dragon FC - DMZ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maicon Abreu was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Manuel Olivera in the 51st minute of play forced Red Dragon FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Adilson de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Abelardo Breckenfeld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Abreu in the 55th minute of play. Juan Manuel Olivera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adilson de Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Juan Manuel Olivera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adilson de Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Maicon Abreu hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Adilson de Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Percy Carioca's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Percy Carioca in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adilson de Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Filip Felenak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Abelardo Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Romário Ceresso was substituted for Matheus Pombal. Adilson de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peker Ersed in the 81st minute of play. Abelardo Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Maicon Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Breckenfeld having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Maicon Abreu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abelardo Breckenfeld was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Abelardo Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Felenak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Percy Carioca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- fans cheered their team off the field, for while Red Dragon FC - DMZ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
