Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eskild Parbjerg took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Fernando Linares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Linares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dudu Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute Michal Osikowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dudu Varela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eskild Parbjerg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Eskild Parbjerg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-1. A collision led to Ostrália getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Henrique Negri hit a great ball. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. When Eskild Parbjerg fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ostrália's protests and gave Eskild Parbjerg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 50th match minute, Ostrália was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eskild Parbjerg to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dudu Varela in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. Ostrália made a substitution. Silvério Medeiros replaced Chicão Alvarenga. The supporters of Ostrália booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eskild Parbjerg in the 60th minute of play. Chiquinho de Amaral hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Adhemar Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 69 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Ostrália's Luiz Fernando Linares got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eskild Parbjerg in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the game, Eskild Parbjerg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 89 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 90th minute Eskild Parbjerg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ostrália's Eskild Parbjerg got a free kick in the 94th minute.
