Marcus Valladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerardo Sotero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Simon Dabi hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After 20 minutes, Ruben Llope mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FalconsB FCB and the EC Fragata players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the FalconsB FCB defense, Marcus Valladares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Sotero. The FalconsB FCB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Sotero should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Dé Prado made a precise shot to the right of Gerardo Sotero. FalconsB FCB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After some careless play in the FalconsB FCB defense, Dé Prado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Sotero. The FalconsB FCB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Sotero should have stopped the shot. When FalconsB FCB's Roman Iratzeder in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gerardo Sotero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Prado in the 45th minute of the match. Gerardo Sotero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Valladares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Iratzeder made a kick off. Luís Lara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Gerardo Sotero made a huge save. After 55 minutes, Jeronimo Ricart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FalconsB FCB and the EC Fragata players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th minute, Jeronimo Ricart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dé Prado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. The FalconsB FCB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. In the 76th minute Marcus Valladares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Sotero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Dé Prado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gerardo Sotero. The goal made the score 2-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Prado in the 84th minute of play forced FalconsB FCB's goalkeeper Gerardo Sotero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. EC Fragata's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
