When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Henry Alebäck sped through Pogoń Stawiszyn's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Boleslaw Zakrzewski. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Alebäck in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boleslaw Zakrzewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the game, Tadeusz Seliga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pogoń Stawiszyn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mean Machine the free kick. A collision led to Pogoń Stawiszyn getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Tadeusz Seliga hit a great ball. Henry Alebäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21stth minute of the game Henry Alebäck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pogoń Stawiszyn's Boleslaw Zakrzewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Boleslaw Zakrzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Alebäck in the 22nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Henry Alebäck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boleslaw Zakrzewski was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Ekenberg in the 26th minute of play forced Pogoń Stawiszyn's goalkeeper Boleslaw Zakrzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boleslaw Zakrzewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. When Mean Machine's Torsten Berglund in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pogoń Stawiszyn's goalie prevented a goal. Boleslaw Zakrzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Berglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Henry Alebäck put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Boleslaw Zakrzewski. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Sedzikowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Jan Ekenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Henry Alebäck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boleslaw Zakrzewski. Pogoń Stawiszyn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henry Alebäck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Boleslaw Zakrzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Berglund in the 58th minute of the match. Michal Filipkowski charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michal Filipkowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Stawiszyn's Michal Filipkowski got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Michal Filipkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. When Sven-Ove Kämpe fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mean Machine's protests and gave Sven-Ove Kämpe a yellow card for diving instead. Henry Alebäcks short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Boleslaw Zakrzewski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Henry Alebäck had several of the Pogoń Stawiszyn's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 68 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Boleslaw Zakrzewski as he didn't even see the shot coming. Boleslaw Zakrzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Hultstrand, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Mean Machine's Henry Alebäck in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Boleslaw Zakrzewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rune Anselius went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Michal Filipkowski got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Michal Filipkowski off the ground. In the 96th minute, Michal Filipkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mean Machine's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
