Kryspin Wyrostek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Wojciech Rosiewicz fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Newcastle United's protests and gave Wojciech Rosiewicz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Wojciech Rosiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wojciech Rosiewicz got his second yellow card in the match during the 9th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Los Galacticos booed when Newcastle United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Rosiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antoni Cupial sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the game, Kong Jing Kun lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Kryspin Wyrostek. Newcastle United's Kryspin Wyrostek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kong Jing Kun in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Qi Chen Yuan made a precise shot to the right of Kryspin Wyrostek. Newcastle United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Kryspin Wyrostek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Le, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Kryspin Wyrostek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Le's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the game, Arkadiusz Rojewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newcastle United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Galacticos the free kick. In the 45th minute, Ruben Le hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antoni Cupial recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Newcastle United's Roch Wawak was substituted for Zbigniew Kalinowski.

In the 55th minute, Qi Chen Yuan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kryspin Wyrostek was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Lucjan Turak put in a rough tackle. Lucjan Turak kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Le came free, but Kryspin Wyrostek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zhu Xi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Cupial, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Kryspin Wyrostek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kong Jing Kun went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Los Galacticos made a substitution. Jiang Rong Cheng replaced Kong Jing Kun. In the 78th minute Pablo Aimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Wyrostek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kryspin Wyrostek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jiang Rong Cheng in the 80th minute of the match. Kryspin Wyrostek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Le, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kryspin Wyrostek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiang Rong Cheng in the 86th minute of play. Kryspin Wyrostek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zhu Chong Ao went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute, Jiang Rong Cheng made a precise shot to the right of Kryspin Wyrostek. Newcastle United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. There was no doubt that Los Galacticos were the better team. Los Galacticos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
