Tommy Vase started the match with the kick off. Ramon Luzaide blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonard Backlund having to make a save. Ramon Luzaide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Backlund having to interfere. A collision led to Cura del Futbol getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Martin Cordeiro hit a great ball. In the 29th minute of the match, Aaron Höijer got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tomas Baldovino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Aaron Höijer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 34th minute, Ted Blomqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Corderro in the 35th minute of play forced Rosendahl Flyers's goalkeeper Leonard Backlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Baldovino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Vase, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute Ramon Luzaide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Backlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Cura del Futbol's Ramon Luzaide nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonard Backlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

If Jimeno Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramon Luzaides short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Leonard Backlund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 54th minute, one of Rosendahl Flyers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rosendahl Flyers. Joaquin Honesto might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonard Backlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquin Honesto ran back to his position shaking his head. Joaquin Honesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Leonard Backlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Baldovino came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Rosendahl Flyers's Tommy Vase. But to his dismay, Tommy Vase quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Ramon Luzaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Rosendahl Flyers booed when Cura del Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Corderro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cura del Futbol's Jimeno Benat got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ramon Luzaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosendahl Flyers's Leonard Backlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Rosendahl Flyers from getting a goal against them. Aaron Höijer hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Ramon Luzaide struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Leonard Backlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cura del Futbol. Tommy Vase scored 2-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Baldovino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomas Baldovino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Vase in the 93rd minute of the match.
