Sture Hellbom who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Harry Melander when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Harry Melander made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Qi Chen Yuan sent off a good shot on target. Rose Pigs's Harry Melander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Rose Pigs from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 19 in the game by Sture Hellbom from a close distance when the talented Harry Melander managed to make a qualified save. Rose Pigs's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ingemar Hård during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. But to his dismay, Ruben Le quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 37 minutes into the match, Los Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Påk came free, but Liu Zhou Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 minutes, Qi Chen Yuan made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rose Pigs's Harry Melander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Los Galacticos fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Los Galacticos's Sture Hellbom looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 45 minutes into the game, Sture Hellbom lined in a short shot 8-0 behind a frustrated Harry Melander. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sture Hellbom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Sture Hellbom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harry Melander. Harry Melander was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Los Galacticos fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Los Galacticos's Sture Hellbom looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 13-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 68th minute, Qi Chen Yuan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Galacticos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. Pablo Aimar took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harry Melander. Harry Melander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-0. Sture Hellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Melander having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rose Pigs defense, Vito Linhares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harry Melander. The Rose Pigs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harry Melander should have stopped the shot. Pablo Aimar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harry Melander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Sture Hellbom hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 17-0 when Sture Hellbom sped through Rose Pigs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Harry Melander. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qi Chen Yuan in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harry Melander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Los Galacticos were the better team. Los Galacticos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
