In the 26th minute, Krzysztof Kuszczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Borys Szarmach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrzej Wieczorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match Newcastle United got a corner. Fc Pawonków's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mikolaj Winszman ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Edward Lampa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fc Pawonków's Andrzej Wieczorek did a great save. The Fc Pawonków fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Daniel Gozdowski made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Fc Pawonków's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Cupial came free, but Andrzej Wieczorek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kryspin Wyrostek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Gozdowski went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Kryspin Wyrostek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Duszenski in the 62nd minute of play. Juliusz Markowski hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Mikolaj Winszman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newcastle United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikolaj Winszman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Fc Pawonków's goalkeeper Andrzej Wieczorek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arkadiusz Rojewski. Kryspin Wyrostek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaroslaw Duszenski's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After 76 played minutes, Fc Pawonków's Wladyslaw Pawlak shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kryspin Wyrostek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fc Pawonków reached it. 78 minutes into the game, Borys Szarmach recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Andrzej Wieczorek. Borys Szarmach showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-3. Fc Pawonków's Andrzej Wieczorek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Fc Pawonków from getting a goal against them. In the 84th match minute, Fc Pawonków was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wladyslaw Pawlak to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute Antoni Cupial shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrzej Wieczorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Tanek Rakowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newcastle United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Pawonków the free kick. Tanek Rakowski hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Kryspin Wyrostek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Laskowski in the 98th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
