GLADIADORES's supporters rose to their feet, but Álvaro Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yao Guang Chao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

55 minutes into the match, Erasmo Blasi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joel Ramos, 0-2. José Paulo Magalhães didn't quite understand what happened when in the 86 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Blasi in the 89th minute of play forced GLADIADORES's goalkeeper Joel Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Leonel Coelho notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Yaji FC's Yao Guang Chao.
