Klement Bara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gao Wei Fei, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Goral Zywiec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valērijs Bensons was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Rokita Brzeg Dolny's Klement Bara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gao Wei Fei in the 21st minute of play. Beniamin Zarobski charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beniamin Zarobski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Goral Zywiec fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Michael Krawczyk had in the 27thth minute some difficulties stopping Valērijs Bensons's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 27 minutes into the match Valērijs Bensons came totally free in front of Goral Zywiec's goalkeeper and smashed the ball just inside the right post. In the 31st minute of the match Goral Zywiec got a corner. Rokita Brzeg Dolny's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfred Ewertowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Goral Zywiec's corner Waldemar Kazczyk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Klement Bara quite easily take care of the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Goral Zywiec got a corner. Rokita Brzeg Dolny's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Goral Zywiec's Gao Wei Fei got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gao Wei Fei in the 45th minute of play forced Rokita Brzeg Dolny's goalkeeper Klement Bara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Rokita Brzeg Dolny defense, Gao Wei Fei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Klement Bara. The Rokita Brzeg Dolny fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Klement Bara should have stopped the shot. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valērijs Bensons stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Klement Bara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gao Wei Fei in the 53rd minute of the match. Goral Zywiec were furious when Wincent Drugi was red carded, 56 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Valērijs Bensons shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Klement Bara successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 65th minute, Kazimierz Felenak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michael Krawczyk was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 74th minute Gao Wei Fei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klement Bara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
