In the 44th minute Chucky Gol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Llorian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of GARIBALDI FC booed when TRIDΣNT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Uzuri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteban Salomon to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Esteban Salomon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rene Llorian. Esteban Salomon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. With a little luck, GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian got control of the ball when Esteban Salomon tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Esteban Salomon put it in 3-5 from a short distance just to the right of Rene Llorian. TRIDΣNT's Battal Cüneyt Akkan was substituted for Vaklin Dzhevov. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by GARIBALDI FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rogelio Liher was slow to take the kick. During this time TRIDΣNT's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on TRIDΣNT's corner Clovis Hudry fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rene Llorian quite easily take care of the ball. Remigio Behe came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by GARIBALDI FC's Lázaro Ekain. But to his dismay, Lázaro Ekain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-5. After a rather tough play, GARIBALDI FC's Genaro Constancio got a free kick in the 79th minute. Genaro Constancio hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, TRIDΣNT's Battal Cüneyt Akkan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-6. In the 84th minute Ambrosio Colas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Behe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Llorian was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Romulo Veto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Romulo Veto really showed his touch with that goal: 4-7. Rene Llorian made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Battal Cüneyt Akkan sent off a good shot on target. TRIDΣNT's Remigio Behe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Ekain in the 94th minute of play. After a rather tough play, TRIDΣNT's Hilario Medero got a free kick in the 95th minute. Rogelio Liher lost his temper 97 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave GARIBALDI FC a penalty, 99 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lázaro Ekain, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TRIDΣNT's Remigio Behe. 5-7. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. TRIDΣNT walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
