Bon Guidetti scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arne Emander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the game, Fred-Marc Richter recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arne Emander. Fred-Marc Richter showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Bajen's David Ahlroth got a free kick in the 18th minute. Bengt Bergkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Henriksson in the 35th minute of play forced Karen FC's goalkeeper Ma Yong Jun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karen FC's Ma Yong Jun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolf Henriksson in the 37th minute of play. Ma Yong Jun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Henriksson in the 39th minute of the match. After 39 minutes of play, Bajen's Rolf Henriksson made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ma Yong Jun was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Rolf Henriksson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ma Yong Jun was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Henriksson in the 46th minute of play forced Karen FC's goalkeeper Ma Yong Jun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bon Guidetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Arne Emander made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rolf Henriksson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. David Ahlroth hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Bon Guidetti made a precise shot to the right of Arne Emander. Bajen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. With 68 minutes on the clock, Nils Ekeroth commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Ma Yong Jun, was totally fooled by Bajen's Mathias Jönsson, who 70 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Ingvar Ahlqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bajen's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Ahlqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ma Yong Jun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th match minute, Karen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred-Marc Richter to maneuver through the defense. Rolf Henriksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ma Yong Jun made a huge save. Vincent Kjellbom might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arne Emander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vincent Kjellbom ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Vincent Kjellbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vincent Kjellbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Emander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 98 played minutes Karen FC got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Kjellbom. Karen FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
