Hurşit Tamerk kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. A collision led to The Wild Bunch getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Per-Olof Haström hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ertan Dural managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOO Tigers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ertan Dural was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egil Örnberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ingvar Tholsson kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. KOO Tigers's Andriy Lunin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Abelsson in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the The Wild Bunch defense, Ertan Dural kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egil Örnberg. The The Wild Bunch fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Egil Örnberg should have stopped the shot. The supporters of The Wild Bunch booed when KOO Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ertan Dural didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Ertan Dural got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 37 minutes, Per-Olof Haström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Wild Bunch and the KOO Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 minutes of play, KOO Tigers's Ertan Dural made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egil Örnberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ertan Dural to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, KOO Tigers's Engin Candar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. 65 minutes into the game, Markus Zachrisson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Wild Bunch's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KOO Tigers the free kick. After 65 played minutes The Wild Bunch got a freekick which was hit by Markus Zachrisson. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Wild Bunch's goalkeeper Egil Örnberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 72 minutes, Ertan Dural made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. The Wild Bunch's Egil Örnberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ertan Dural received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Egil Örnberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Ertan Dural slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 76th minute. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Ertan Dural took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Egil Örnberg to make any attempt to save it. Hurşit Tamerk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Egil Örnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Engin Candar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over KOO Tigers could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than The Wild Bunch throughout the match.
