Egil Örnberg came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Madrid de Guatemala's Carmelo Sifon. But to his dismay, Carmelo Sifon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cristian Santamaria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Egil Örnberg having to make a save. In the 16th minute, Carmelo Sifon made a precise shot to the right of Egil Örnberg. The Wild Bunch's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Sílvio Luiz Goiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Markus Zachrisson in the 23rd minute of the match. After 25 played minutes The Wild Bunch got a freekick which was hit by Axel Boberg. Nicolás Guerrero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carmelo Sifon scored 4-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egil Örnberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 34 minutes into the match, Real Madrid de Guatemala's Carmelo Sifon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Egil Örnberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Real Madrid de Guatemala's Cristian Jimenez got a free kick in the 35th minute. 5-0 became the score in the 40th minute when Cristian Santamaria elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Wild Bunch's Egil Örnberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Anaya in the 42nd minute of play. Egil Örnberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Sifon in the 46th minute. When Carmelo Sifon fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Madrid de Guatemala's protests and gave Carmelo Sifon a yellow card for diving instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carmelo Sifon to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Angel Botello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Örnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Wild Bunch's Egil Örnberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Sifon in the 58th minute of play. Egil Örnberg came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Madrid de Guatemala's Carmelo Sifon. But to his dismay, Carmelo Sifon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 64 minutes, Axel Boberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Wild Bunch and the Real Madrid de Guatemala players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to The Wild Bunch getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Axel Boberg hit a great ball. Egil Örnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolás Guerrero in the 65th minute of play. If Angel Botello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rdth minute of the game Emiliano Anaya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Wild Bunch's Egil Örnberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Egil Örnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Sifon, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Nicolás Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, The Wild Bunch's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Sifon came free, but Egil Örnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Egil Örnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmelo Sifon in the 89th minute of play. Egil Örnberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Sifon in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Carmelo Sifon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Madrid de Guatemala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0.
