When Ingvar Tholsson fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Wild Bunch's protests and gave Ingvar Tholsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, Burç Behzat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Burç Behzat came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burç Behzat couldn't finish the play. Ingvar Tholsson kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Bertil Sandell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Abbas Türkşen made a huge save. Abbas Türkşen was a little too slow when Bernt Abelsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Vehdi Uruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Bertil Sandell got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 31 minutes into the match, The Wild Bunch's goal looked a bit too open when Burç Behzat came free, but Egil Örnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ booed when The Wild Bunch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Pettersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Vehdi Uruk managed to get in a good position for a shot. YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Vehdi Uruk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egil Örnberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Vehdi Uruk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abbas Türkşen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernt Abelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Abelsson in the 45th minute of play forced YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's goalkeeper Abbas Türkşen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernt Abelsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abbas Türkşen having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Vehdi Uruk made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's zone, Bernt Abelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abbas Türkşen came out of the goal and Bernt Abelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kent Malmberg kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Bernt Abelsson struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Abbas Türkşen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Wild Bunch. 66 minutes into the match, Rahman Oykan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egil Örnberg. The Wild Bunch's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rahman Oykan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 73rd minute Bertil Sandell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abbas Türkşen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When The Wild Bunch's Bertil Sandell in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's goalie prevented a goal. Bertil Sandell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rahman Oykan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. The supporters of The Wild Bunch booed when YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ufuk Doğanhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Wild Bunch's Bernt Abelsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ. Burç Behzat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernt Abelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Abbas Türkşen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Wild Bunch were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
