The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Richard Brodin made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Jörn Helström sent off a good shot on target. Jörn Helström might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard Brodin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jörn Helström ran back to his position shaking his head. Jörn Helström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Richard Brodin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valter Blom during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Rosendahl Flyers getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Valter Blom hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörn Helström in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Richard Brodin saved Rosendahl Flyers from getting behind. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosendahl Flyers's goalkeeper Richard Brodin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Rosendahl Flyers's Ernst Högström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Haakon á Borg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Jurand Adamczak put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Haakon á Borg. In the 33rd match minute, Cura del Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chu Rong Jun to maneuver through the defense. Haakon á Borg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Adamczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes Cura del Futbol's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jordy Carayol who took care of the corner kick. Cura del Futbol's Arturo Gombal managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jonathan Hultin in the 38 minute of the game. Jordy Carayol kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Jörn Helström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Richard Brodin made a huge save. After 43 minutes Rosendahl Flyers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karl-Erik Nordal who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Cura del Futbol's corner Karl-Erik Nordal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Richard Brodin quite easily take care of the ball.
