Osman Özek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Vítězslav Kršek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Githinji Muhoho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute Taşçıspor were awarded a corner. Engin Hıfzullah went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Mehmet Ülmen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rohozec's David Velecký did a great save. 34 minutes into the match, Taşçıspor's goalkeeper Tony Githinji Muhoho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vítězslav Kršek. A collision led to Taşçıspor getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Osman Özek hit a great ball. Lukáš Směšný got a throw-in 40 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eliáš Rohlíček. After a rather tough play, Rohozec's Filip Punišić got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Tunç Akkaya made the kick off in the second half. Taşçıspor's Tunç Akkaya got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute Taşçıspor were awarded a corner. Engin Hıfzullah went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Engin Hıfzullah almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rohozec's David Velecký did a great save. 68 minutes into the match, Taşçıspor's goal looked a bit too open when Kléber Lopes came free, but Tony Githinji Muhoho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tony Githinji Muhoho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Punišić in the 73rd minute of play. Tony Githinji Muhoho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Punišić, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. If Filip Punišić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chants of Taşçıspor echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Rohozec had held the ball for most of the match.
