After 38 played minutes Qikiqtarjuaq FC got a freekick which was hit by Dominik Oryl. Alfonzo Davidson hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Quinton Marcheterre seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Quinton Marcheterre the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Qikiqtarjuaq FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Quinton Marcheterre had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Qikiqtarjuaq FC! In the 48th minute, Karl-Erik Nordal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Bueno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Caio da Rocha made the kick off in the second half. Eriberto Erlantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Natalio Gergori struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Abel Bueno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cura del Futbol. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Alfred Pawelczyk scored to the left of an out of position Abel Bueno, making the score, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfred Pawelczyk got free with Abel Bueno in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Alfred Pawelczyk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Bueno was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Caio da Rocha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Erlantz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Natalio Gergori's late challenge caught a Qikiqtarjuaq FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natalio Gergori helped the player get up and apologised. Ladislao Calisto hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's Alfred Pawelczyk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Bueno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led Cura del Futbol's Karl-Erik Nordal to fire away a dangerous shot which Abel Bueno despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 80th minute Ilgaz Şirvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfred Pawelczyk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abel Bueno. That made the score 0-4 in the 85 minute of play. Qikiqtarjuaq FC made a substitution. Joshua Keys replaced Ilgaz Şirvan. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cura del Futbol had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
