The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 狄昆傲 might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Martinez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 狄昆傲 ran back to his position shaking his head. Cecilio Martinez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 狄昆傲 in the 4th minute of play. Athletic Bostero's Cecilio Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Vander in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when 狄昆傲 got free with Cecilio Martinez in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when 狄昆傲 sped through Athletic Bostero's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cecilio Martinez. Liu Yuan kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Juvenal Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüseyin Rahmi Tanpınar in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, 狄昆傲 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cecilio Martinez came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲. But to his dismay, 狄昆傲 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 32 minutes into the game, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cecilio Martinez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Juvenal Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Tipi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. In the 41st minute, 狄昆傲 made a precise shot to the right of Cecilio Martinez. Athletic Bostero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Cecilio Martinez made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Igor Vander sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 狄昆傲 to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Ralph Spaan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Costa in the 57th minute of play forced E.C. Galera's goalkeeper Juvenal Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When E.C. The goal made the score 5-1. 75 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Costa came free, but Juvenal Zanette reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, 狄昆傲 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The E.C. Galera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 81 minutes into the game, when Artur Valadares put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of E.C. Galera:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Athletic Bostero:s goal. 狄昆傲 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 played minutes Athletic Bostero got a freekick which was hit by Jeremiah James. After a rather tough play, Athletic Bostero's Jeremiah James got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Jurgen Arends kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Vygantas Vyšniauskas might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Martinez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vygantas Vyšniauskas ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The E.C. Galera fans cheered their team off the field, for while Athletic Bostero had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
