Braulio Gartxot made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Sebastian Käller sent off a good shot on target. A sloppy throw-in by Simone Spano in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Kind of Blue's Tonhão Rodrigues. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Käller made a kick off. Sebastian Käller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Red Devils players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kind of Blue.
