Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Lucio Ur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. King Scorpio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucio Ur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Scorpio in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Iulian Berceanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A4p FC Gad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Potrero the free kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mustafa Barış Yorangil to make the kick off. Glenn Fyfe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mateusz Marajda in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gică Busuioc in the 86th minute of play forced C. A.
