After 4 played minutes, TALLERES's Julián Maidana shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper João Vítor Seco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TALLERES reached it. 10 minutes into the game, Bernabe Rolado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. João Vítor Seco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 23 minutes, Erivaldo do Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. São Wilson's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erivaldo do Valle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in São Wilson's zone, Teobaldo Txordon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Seco came out of the goal and Teobaldo Txordon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute Aírton de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Cuenca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Raphael de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. São Wilson's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raphael de Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Raphael de Queirós left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The São Wilson fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Hélder Dante hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. São Wilson's João Vítor Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Txaran in the 58th minute of play. With 64 minutes on the clock, Julián Maidana commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. If Teobaldo Txordon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bonifacio Txaran during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, TALLERES's Bonifacio Txaran got a free kick in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the game, Raphael de Queirós recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mario Cuenca. Raphael de Queirós showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Rolado in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Vítor Seco saved São Wilson from getting behind. 78 minutes into the match, TALLERES's goalkeeper Mario Cuenca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erivaldo do Valle. After a rather tough play, TALLERES's Nunez Sustrai got a free kick in the 81st minute. João Vítor Seco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernabe Rolado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teobaldo Txordon hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Donato Sugar kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. TALLERES's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Raphael de Queirós scored to the left of an out of position Mario Cuenca, making the score, 1-3. In the 94th minute, Nunez Sustrai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes TALLERES got a freekick which was hit by Donato Sugar. Mario Cuenca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. São Wilson's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
