A collision led to Red Reign getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Xosepe Villamizar hit a great ball. Joélson Paiva's shot from long distance in the 8th minute was not bad at all, but Red Reign's Dawid Ratulowski knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Maximo Villamarin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robert Wennerquist having to make a save. Maximo Villamarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Wennerquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximo Villamarin ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Youth Academy Of Rhye getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Joélson Paiva hit a great ball. Maximo Villamarin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dawid Ratulowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig Högström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Wennerquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Villamarin in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Youth Academy Of Rhye's goalkeeper Robert Wennerquist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maximo Villamarin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maximo Villamarin took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robert Wennerquist. Robert Wennerquist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 43 minutes into the game, one of Youth Academy Of Rhye:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 47th minute, Armando Hera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stig Högström made a kick off. When Joélson Paiva fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Youth Academy Of Rhye's protests and gave Joélson Paiva a yellow card for diving instead. Joélson Paiva hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Youth Academy Of Rhye's zone, Leoverliz Barrutia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Wennerquist came out of the goal and Leoverliz Barrutia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Wennerquist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximo Villamarin went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximo Villamarin in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robert Wennerquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 77 minutes into the match, Youth Academy Of Rhye's Zhao Feng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dawid Ratulowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Maximo Villamarin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Wennerquist. Youth Academy Of Rhye's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximo Villamarin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Youth Academy Of Rhye's Joélson Paiva got his second yellow card of the match in the 82nd minute. The referee ordered Joélson Paiva off the ground. In the 85th minute Maximo Villamarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Wennerquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Red Reign's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xavion Sorriva in the 86th minute. Red Reign's Xavion Sorriva was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Robert Wennerquist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Youth Academy Of Rhye's Robert Wennerquist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Youth Academy Of Rhye from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Maximo Villamarin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robert Wennerquist, 0-8. With a little luck, Youth Academy Of Rhye's Robert Wennerquist got control of the ball when Leoverliz Barrutia tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 95 minutes Youth Academy Of Rhye's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xavion Sorriva who took care of the corner kick. Xosepe Villamizar made a great header on Red Reign's corner, it was just that Youth Academy Of Rhye's Robert Wennerquist managed to reach the ball for a save. Red Reign's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
