After a rather tough play, Mali i Thatë FC's Sefedin Gjyle got a free kick in the 11th minute. Drini Kapaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Caballero, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Bajen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Johan Johansson in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Mali i Thatë FC's goalkeeper Drini Kapaj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Caballero. Bernardo Caballero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Drini Kapaj when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Luftim Hamdiu came free, but Per Bäcklin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Drini Kapaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Porto in the 23rd minute of play. Demirel Arbnori kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Sidney Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bajen's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidney Porto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Drini Kapaj breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Drini Kapaj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernardo Caballero in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute, Bajen's Bernardo Caballero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Drini Kapaj. Drini Kapaj yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Per Bäcklin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luftim Hamdiu in the 35th minute of the match. Drini Kapaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicklas Trøjgaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Johan Johansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Drini Kapaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Mali i Thatë FC's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Johansson came free, but Drini Kapaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led to Bajen's Bernardo Caballero getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Meleq Tare to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sidney Porto in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Drini Kapaj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 53 minutes, Sidney Porto made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mali i Thatë FC's Drini Kapaj tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59th minute, Sidney Porto made a precise shot to the right of Drini Kapaj. Mali i Thatë FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Caballero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Drini Kapaj was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 64th minute Bajen were awarded a corner. Johan Johansson went to the cornerflag to take it. Drini Kapaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Caballero in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Bernardo Caballero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Drini Kapaj was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mali i Thatë FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Johan Johansson was slow to take the kick. During this time Bajen's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Daniel Åhman advanced and headed the ball into goal, 6-0 in the 72nd minute. Drini Kapaj came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Bajen's Bernardo Caballero. But to his dismay, Bernardo Caballero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. 79 minutes into the match, Bajen's Sidney Porto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Drini Kapaj narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th minute Bernardo Caballero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Drini Kapaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolf Henriksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Drini Kapaj. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolf Henriksson ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Åhman hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Luftim Hamdiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Per Bäcklin made a huge save. Bajen's Per Bäcklin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Bajen from getting a goal against them. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bajen had played much better football throughout.
