Luftim Hamdiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Dawid Ratulowski made a huge save. Drini Kapaj didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximo Villamarin went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Lopez Portanares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Drini Kapaj having to interfere. Dawid Ratulowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eneid Ilo in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mali i Thatë FC's goalkeeper Drini Kapaj, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Drini Kapaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Villamarin in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lopez Portanares in the 23rd minute of play forced Mali i Thatë FC's goalkeeper Drini Kapaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Mali i Thatë FC defense, Maximo Villamarin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Drini Kapaj. The Mali i Thatë FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Drini Kapaj should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Red Reign's zone, Eneid Ilo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dawid Ratulowski came out of the goal and Eneid Ilo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Drini Kapaj came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin. But to his dismay, Maximo Villamarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 42 minutes, Xosepe Villamizar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Red Reign and the Mali i Thatë FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Red Reign's Xosepe Villamizar got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Red Reign booed when Mali i Thatë FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luftim Hamdiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Drini Kapaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Villamarin in the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximo Villamarin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Drini Kapaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Villamarin in the 52nd minute of the match. Red Reign's Dawid Ratulowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luftim Hamdiu in the 56th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Lirim Osja in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Red Reign's Xavion Sorriva. Drini Kapaj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lopez Portanares in the 58th minute. Drini Kapaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Villamarin in the 60th minute of the match. Dawid Ratulowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Drini Kapaj came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin. But to his dismay, Maximo Villamarin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Red Reign's Ismael Blanco was substituted for Xosepe Villamizar. Maximo Villamarin took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Drini Kapaj. Drini Kapaj dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. In the 82nd minute, Pajtim Tepelena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Red Reign's Drini Kapaj threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maximo Villamarin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Villamarin in the 86th minute of play forced Mali i Thatë FC's goalkeeper Drini Kapaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximo Villamarin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Drini Kapaj skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Maximo Villamarin scored 1-8 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Drini Kapaj, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Red Reign eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
