Róbson Sergipano hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Waldemar Ramos made a precise shot to the right of Walmir Dias. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When Rafa Coutinho fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s protests and gave Rafa Coutinho a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Rafa Coutinho hit a great ball. With a little luck, Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s Walmir Dias got control of the ball when Vivaldo Munhoz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 89th minute, when Goblins F.C.'s Kaká Borges after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Walmir Dias in Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Eduardo Machado charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Machado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Goblins F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Goblins F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
