Arnaldo de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Arósio in the 9th minute of play. MARINUS MZC's Donato de Souza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eduardo Machado in the 15 minute of the game. In the 19th minute, Goblins F.C.'s Vivaldo Munhoz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Perivaldo Moreira. Perivaldo Moreira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Perivaldo Moreira made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Vivaldo Munhoz sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, MARINUS MZC's Perivaldo Moreira got control of the ball when Kaká Borges tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eduardo Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Perivaldo Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kaká Borges in the 38th minute. Valdo Guimarães scored 2-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo de Carvalho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the game, Vicente Prata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MARINUS MZC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goblins F.C. the free kick. Eduardo Machado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Perivaldo Moreira. MARINUS MZC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 45 played minutes MARINUS MZC got a freekick which was hit by Thiago Ortiz. In the 47th minute, Luiz Guilherme Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

After having played for 54 minutes, Vivaldo Munhoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goblins F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vivaldo Munhoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Valdo Guimarães dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnaldo de Carvalho, 2-2. Perivaldo Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vivaldo Munhoz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Goblins F.C.'s Arnaldo de Carvalho got control of the ball when Luiz Guilherme Arantes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Goblins F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Machado to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes, MARINUS MZC's Thiago Ortiz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arnaldo de Carvalho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MARINUS MZC reached it. Valdo Guimarães received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnaldo de Carvalho came out and tried to block the shot, but Valdo Guimarães slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 72nd minute. Thiago Ortiz's shot from long distance in the 75th minute was not bad at all, but Goblins F.C.'s Arnaldo de Carvalho knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Perivaldo Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vivaldo Munhoz in the 76th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Arnaldo de Carvalho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Pedro Mendes in the 81st minute of play forced MARINUS MZC's goalkeeper Perivaldo Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MARINUS MZC's Perivaldo Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Munhoz in the 83rd minute of play. Perivaldo Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vivaldo Munhoz in the 85th minute of play. Goblins F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eduardo Machado in the 87th minute. After taking down the ball on Goblins F.C.'s corner Eduardo Machado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Perivaldo Moreira quite easily take care of the ball. Evaristo Arósio's late challenge caught a Goblins F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evaristo Arósio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th match minute, MARINUS MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Arósio to maneuver through the defense. After 91 minutes of play, Goblins F.C.'s Zé Pedro Mendes made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Perivaldo Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there!
