With his leg Horea Hurmuzache managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Goblins F.C.'s Vivaldo Munhoz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vivaldo Munhoz in the 6thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Horea Hurmuzache, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Goblins F.C. booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remus Elisei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Goblins F.C.'s Arnaldo de Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Greblă in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Goblins F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Șerban Damian came free, but Arnaldo de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Șerban Damian in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo de Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Goblins F.C.'s Agostinho Borges pulled a muscle in his leg after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leontin Rusu during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Leontin Rusu got a free kick in the 24th minute. Horea Hurmuzache came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Goblins F.C.'s Zé Pedro Mendes. But to his dismay, Zé Pedro Mendes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 30 minutes DINAMO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Waldemar Ramos who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Waldemar Ramos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Horea Hurmuzache quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vivaldo Munhoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horea Hurmuzache having to interfere. Horea Hurmuzache stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vivaldo Munhoz's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. The audience was convinced that Vivaldo Munhoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horea Hurmuzache was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vivaldo Munhoz in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Vivaldo Munhoz took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horea Hurmuzache. Horea Hurmuzache dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After having played for 56 minutes, Vivaldo Munhoz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goblins F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vivaldo Munhoz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Zé Pedro Mendes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horea Hurmuzache came out of the goal and Zé Pedro Mendes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Vivaldo Munhoz notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache. Horea Hurmuzache was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Goblins F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Zé Pedro Mendes hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Vivaldo Munhoz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goblins F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Vivaldo Munhoz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horea Hurmuzache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vivaldo Munhoz in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. After 68 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Remus Elisei. Gelu Tăutu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Goblins F.C.'s Vivaldo Munhoz got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Vivaldo Munhoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horea Hurmuzache was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 79th match minute, Goblins F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Machado to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Vivaldo Munhoz came free, but Horea Hurmuzache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vivaldo Munhoz in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. Kaká Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Horea Hurmuzache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Goblins F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Dorin Babeș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Horea Hurmuzache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Ramos in the 97th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Goblins F.C. were the better team. Goblins F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
