Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Malte Sundström started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Beto Aparecido dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Karl Stjernfelt, 1-0. 11 minutes in the game Mats Bank did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Johan Hermansson. 14 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Jernberg came free, but Emerson Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Bertil Palm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emerson Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertil Palm took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emerson Leão. Emerson Leão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Sebastião Diniz hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Beto Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Stjernfelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mansfield Town FC booed when ITAFUT 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Diniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Mineiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Karl Stjernfelt made a huge save. ITAFUT 4EVER's Sebastião Diniz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Johan Hermansson in the 34 minute of the game. Beto Aparecido might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl Stjernfelt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Beto Aparecido ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 39th minute Beto Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Stjernfelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Mineiro hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Johnny Jernberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Mineiro to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Malte Sundström got free with Emerson Leão in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Mansfield Town FC's Mats Bank got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beto Viana in the 57th minute of play forced Mansfield Town FC's goalkeeper Karl Stjernfelt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Sebastião Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ITAFUT 4EVER's José Augusto Novaes was substituted for Orlando Mineiro. In the 63rd match minute, ITAFUT 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Diniz to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in ITAFUT 4EVER's zone, Leonardo Henriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emerson Leão came out of the goal and Leonardo Henriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl Stjernfelt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto Aparecido in the 66th minute of the match. Edgar Baiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl Stjernfelt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. The corner ended in Beto Viana almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mansfield Town FC's Karl Stjernfelt did a great save. Malte Sundström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emerson Leão having to make a save. Estevez Palmeira's late challenge caught a Mansfield Town FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Estevez Palmeira helped the player get up and apologised. Johnny Jernberg was extremely unlucky when he, in the 90th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Mats Bank charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mats Bank the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd minute, Mats Bank hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
