After 7 minutes of play, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Koray Baran made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dida Taffarel was left in no man's land by his defense there! SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Nestor Paraibano scored to the left of an out of position Cihan Zafer, making the score, 1-1. Koray Baran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Taffarel having to interfere. Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koray Baran in the 19th minute of play. German Cano hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Paraibano came free, but Cihan Zafer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koray Baran struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Dida Taffarel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koray Baran in the 38th minute of play forced Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Jon Grøneng in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Kálmán Balogh. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Martins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Marquês de Herval's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hristofor Yonchevski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cihan Zafer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Paraibano in the 55th minute of play. Ye Quan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Dida Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Musa Aydoğan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dida Taffarel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Hristofor Yonchevski got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's Cihan Zafer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Cano in the 62nd minute of play. Cihan Zafer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Paraibano in the 66th minute of play. Musa Aydoğan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Dida Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundson Colling came free, but Dida Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Musa Aydoğan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Dida Taffarel 73 minutes into the match. Dida Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Musa Aydoğan in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Paraibano in the 77th minute of play forced SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's goalkeeper Cihan Zafer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th match minute, SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundson Colling to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Edmundson Colling hit a great ball. Moussa Kabre took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cihan Zafer. SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Musa Aydoğan took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Dida Taffarel to make any attempt to save it. Alfredo Martins took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cihan Zafer. Cihan Zafer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. When the final whistle sounded SaHNoYaN HuN TüRK•iCON left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Marquês de Herval.
