The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tello AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! Tello AFC:s Dalmacio Pello showed great skill when he stopped Xu Ran Zhen:s penalty. Dalmacio Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Giro in the 8th minute of play. Nestor Cortez made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Uriel Cordearo sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Faustino Unax's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nestor Cortez was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 17th minute Saul Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalmacio Pello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Giro, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Dalmacio Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavao Zadro in the 23rd minute of play. With his leg Nestor Cortez managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Tello AFC's Uriel Cordearo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 31st minute, Saul Montrel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmacio Pello was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 35 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Pavao Zadro came free, but Dalmacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Cordearo came free, but Nestor Cortez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Saul Montrel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lobos de Carelia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Dalmacio Pello came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Lobos de Carelia's Leonel Giro. But to his dismay, Leonel Giro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Uriel Cordearo made a kick off. Leonel Giro might have been able to make a better finish in the 50th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dalmacio Pello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonel Giro ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Montrel got free with Dalmacio Pello in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute of the match, Pavao Zadro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dalmacio Pello saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Saul Montrel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Dalmacio Pello made a huge save. In the 64th minute Faustino Unax shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Unax in the 64th minute of play. Dalmacio Pello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Giro in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute Pavao Zadro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Pavao Zadro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dalmacio Pello. The goal made the score 1-4. Lobos de Carelia's Vladimiro Millano was substituted for Cosme Bikendi. Lobos de Carelia made a substitution. Cristobal Lia replaced Pavao Zadro. After a defensive mix-up in Lobos de Carelia's zone, Faustino Unax stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Cortez came out of the goal and Faustino Unax tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Lobos de Carelia's Leonel Giro in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tello AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Nestor Cortez came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tello AFC's Uriel Cordearo. But to his dismay, Uriel Cordearo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. 85 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Lia came free, but Dalmacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Lobos de Carelia defense, Uriel Cordearo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Cortez. The Lobos de Carelia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Cortez should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Leonel Giro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dalmacio Pello. That made the score 3-5 in the 94 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Lobos de Carelia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
