Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Fernando Selatse successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to All Boys 22 getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ramachandramurthy Wucherpfennig hit a great ball. After 13 minutes All Boys 22's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emanuel Lucila who took care of the corner kick. Kajetan Gdowik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ezequiel Fresco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Raymond in the 19th minute of play forced All Boys 22's goalkeeper Ezequiel Fresco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute João Francisco Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Selatse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Raymond in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ezequiel Fresco saved All Boys 22 from getting behind. After 29th play minutes Alvaro Raymond shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Ezequiel Fresco and just under the crossbar into goal. 32 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of All Boys 22's Ezequiel Fresco. Ezequiel Fresco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yngve Uggla in the 35th minute of play. Ezequiel Fresco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the game, Alvaro Raymond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ezequiel Fresco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fernando Selatse made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramachandramurthy Wucherpfennig in the 40th minute. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Heggert, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Francisco Freire in the 45th minute of the match. Ezequiel Fresco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Ivănescu in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Despidida AFC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Raymond to strike the kick off in the second half. Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Francisco Freire in the 55th minute of play. Despidida AFC's Toro Martínez was substituted for Alvaro Raymond. Despidida AFC's Arturo Arano was substituted for Kajetan Gdowik. After 75 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Lucila. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Toro Martínez put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Ezequiel Fresco. Toro Martínez struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Ezequiel Fresco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Despidida AFC. 88 minutes in the game, Arturo Arano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ezequiel Fresco having to interfere. Toro Martínez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Ezequiel Fresco made a huge save. Toro Martínez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ezequiel Fresco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The All Boys 22 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Despidida AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Despidida AFC.
