Bernabe Nel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Nel in the 30th minute of play forced FC Medicover's goalkeeper Antoni Fujara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Ferrauda's Kajetan Ochabski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Gardocki in the 35th minute of play. Kajetan Ochabski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miromir Waselewicz in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, FC Medicover's Moez Bejaoui sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kajetan Ochabski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half FC Ferrauda were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With an all-out effort, FC Ferrauda's Antoni Fujara threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristobal Osoro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC Ferrauda were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after FC Medicover's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ambrosio Ovando took the corner. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
