After 24 minutes Runa United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dmitriy Senin who took care of the corner kick. After 24 minutes of play, MLKS Znicz Biała Piska's Emil Chludzinski made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils-Erik Åhlberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Szymon Moczkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Erik Åhlberg having to interfere. Walery Drebit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Almstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Harry Boumans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Walery Drebit was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jesus Dolfo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nils-Erik Åhlberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Nils-Erik Åhlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szymon Moczkiewicz in the 36th minute. Tommy Ekgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walery Drebit having to interfere. If Anttoni Salmelainen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Harry Boumans was the one to do the kick off. A well-hit corner resulted in Radomil Koczara heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Szymon Moczkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nils-Erik Åhlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateusz Dzierwa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nils-Erik Åhlberg having to make a save.
