The FC Saubrigues players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Acratas Unidos were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salomon Buffet to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Saubrigues's Éluard Coulomb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Veronica in the 58th minute of play. Éluard Coulomb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Ilazki, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Veronica in the 68th minute of play forced FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Éluard Coulomb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Saubrigues's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Acratas Unidos the free kick. The supporters of Acratas Unidos booed when FC Saubrigues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamza Loaëc didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Saubrigues's Éluard Coulomb proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save FC Saubrigues from getting a goal against them. The FC Saubrigues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Éluard Coulomb should have stopped the shot. Éluard Coulomb was a little too slow when Eusebio Veronica got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-9.
