Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ronaldo Fenomeno kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Lăcătuș was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Manuel Lăcătuș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Fenomeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronaldo Fenomeno took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Lăcătuș. Manuel Lăcătuș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ronaldo Fenomeno scored 0-3 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Lăcătuș, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute of the game Cezar Costeiantu made a throw-in which Nicu Zberea played forward. 28 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Fenomeno notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Republica Ploiești's Manuel Lăcătuș. Manuel Lăcătuș was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, Flavinho Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute Ronaldo Fenomeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Lăcătuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Republica Ploiești's zone, Ronaldo Fenomeno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Lăcătuș came out of the goal and Ronaldo Fenomeno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Lucian Luțu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cezar Costeiantu fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Republica Ploiești's protests and gave Cezar Costeiantu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Miau Stars booed when Republica Ploiești was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezar Costeiantu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cezar Costeiantu kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucian Luțu to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicu Zberea kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miau Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldo Fenomeno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Lăcătuș breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 65 minutes into the match, Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Lăcătuș narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 70 played minutes Republica Ploiești got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Potopea. Miau Stars made a substitution. Edmílson Arantes replaced Olavo Mota. Valentin Potopea kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The Miau Stars fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Miau Stars's Ronaldo Fenomeno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Ronaldo Fenomeno put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Manuel Lăcătuș. Nicu Zberea got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Codrin Traianescu. After a rather tough play, Republica Ploiești's Nicu Zberea got a free kick in the 84th minute. Ronaldo Fenomeno received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manuel Lăcătuș came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronaldo Fenomeno slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 87th minute. If Flavinho Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Republica Ploiești fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Miau Stars were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
