Soli Deo Gloria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Várzea F.C. the free kick. In the 12th match minute, Soli Deo Gloria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Seme to maneuver through the defense. Fabricio Seme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafim Mesquita having to interfere. Alessandro Mandraks short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Maximino Petrigai to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alessandro Mandrak had several of the Soli Deo Gloria's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Maximino Petrigai as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 29th match minute, Várzea F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertinho Travassos to maneuver through the defense. In the 30thth minute of the game Ezequiel Bortzaioriz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Várzea F.C.'s Serafim Mesquita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomás Kauldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafim Mesquita having to interfere. When Albertinho Travassos fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Várzea F.C.'s protests and gave Albertinho Travassos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Albertinho Travassos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes Várzea F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bruninho Arósio. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás Kauldi was the one to do the kick off. Várzea F.C.'s Jailson Koehler got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessandro Mandrak in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Petrigai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomás Kauldi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Serafim Mesquita firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 61 played minutes Soli Deo Gloria got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Bortzaioriz. A collision led to Soli Deo Gloria getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Lisandro Virila hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Martin Ponciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 67 minutes, Jailson Koehler made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Soli Deo Gloria's Maximino Petrigai tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lisandro Virila during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ramiro Rosado scored 4-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximino Petrigai, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 94th minute, Iuri Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 96 in the game by Fabricio Seme from a close distance when the talented Serafim Mesquita managed to make a qualified save. Várzea F.C.'s players were relieved. Soli Deo Gloria's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
