Pál Benkó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Vik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 16 minutes, Johan Vik made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Leeds's Pál Benkó tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Vik in the 19th minute of play forced Leeds's goalkeeper Pál Benkó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sigvard Skarkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibor Dudics in the 23rd minute of the match. After 26 minutes, Tibor Dudics mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leeds and the Norra Sandby FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Norra Sandby FF booed when Leeds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Dudics didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Eklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leeds's Pál Benkó proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Leeds from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute, Tibor Dudics made a precise shot to the right of Sigvard Skarkman. Norra Sandby FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roger Zachrisson during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Eklund made a kick off. If Márton Petres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mihály Szikora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Sigvard Skarkman made a huge save. In the 62nd minute Tibor Dudics shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvard Skarkman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Johan Vik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norra Sandby FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leeds the free kick. A collision led to Norra Sandby FF getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Melker Påk hit a great ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Gábor Kádár managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leeds's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gábor Kádár was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes in the game Gábor Kádár did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Márton Petres. Norra Sandby FF's Sigvard Skarkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tibor Dudics in the 74th minute of play. Zsolt Simon took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sigvard Skarkman. Sigvard Skarkman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Sigvard Skarkman didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 84th minute, which inside left pole to 2-5. With a little luck, Norra Sandby FF's Sigvard Skarkman got control of the ball when Márton Petres tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tibor Dudics in the 92nd minute of play forced Norra Sandby FF's goalkeeper Sigvard Skarkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Tibor Dudics shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvard Skarkman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norra Sandby FF's Sigvard Skarkman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Norra Sandby FF from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Leeds's Sigvard Skarkman threw himself towards the right post 99 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mihály Szikora, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
