Tomás Kauldi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Pál Benkó made a huge save. In the 17th minute Fabricio Seme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Benkó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihály Szikora scored 2-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximino Petrigai, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute Ezequiel Bortzaioriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Benkó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihály Szikora in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Petrigai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th match minute, Soli Deo Gloria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Bortzaioriz to maneuver through the defense. Maximino Petrigai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihály Szikora's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihály Szikora in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Petrigai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mihály Szikora in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Petrigai saved Soli Deo Gloria from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Mihály Szikora's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximino Petrigai was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Esteve Malvin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pál Benkó. Leeds's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mihály Szikora to make the kick off. Imre Selymes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Atilano Abaurre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pál Benkó was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. If Mihály Szikora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Tomás Kauldi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pál Benkó. Leeds's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Kauldi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 75th minute, Lisandro Virila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gábor Kádár could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Maximino Petrigai made a huge save. Mihály Szikora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Maximino Petrigai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Mihály Szikora in the 80th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Soli Deo Gloria's Tomás Kauldi pulled a muscle in his back after 84 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 84 minutes into the game, Krisztián Buday was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leeds's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soli Deo Gloria the free kick. Soli Deo Gloria's Lino Sansone was substituted for Tomás Kauldi.
