After 3 minutes, Sébastian Gossard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Saubrigues and the Norra Sandby FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. When FC Saubrigues's Matthieu Macquet in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Norra Sandby FF's goalie prevented a goal. Norra Sandby FF's Sigvard Skarkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphaël Giacometti in the 8th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastian Eklund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mathys Mora. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Saubrigues defense, Roger Zachrisson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathys Mora. The FC Saubrigues fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathys Mora should have stopped the shot. When Adrien Cariou fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Saubrigues's protests and gave Adrien Cariou a yellow card for diving instead. Adrien Cariou hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Matthieu Macquet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sigvard Skarkman was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After 22 played minutes Norra Sandby FF got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Oskar Örtendal. Arvid Lång kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Sigvard Skarkman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raphaël Giacometti in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Roger Zachrisson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Norra Sandby FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Zachrisson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Norra Sandby FF's Sigvard Skarkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sébastian Gossard in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Blaise Lestage made a precise shot to the right of Sigvard Skarkman. Norra Sandby FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The supporters of Norra Sandby FF booed when FC Saubrigues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camille Roca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sigvard Skarkman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sébastian Gossard in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Sébastian Gossard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sigvard Skarkman. Norra Sandby FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sébastian Gossard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 46 minutes into the match, Norra Sandby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Matthieu Macquet came free, but Sigvard Skarkman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Raphaël Giacometti made the kick off in the second half. Norra Sandby FF's Sigvard Skarkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthieu Macquet in the 53rd minute of play. Sigvard Skarkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sébastian Gossard in the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Norra Sandby FF's goalkeeper Sigvard Skarkman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthieu Macquet. Melker Påk was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, one of Norra Sandby FF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Norra Sandby FF. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raphaël Giacometti got free with Sigvard Skarkman in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Saubrigues's Sébastian Gossard slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sigvard Skarkman. That made the score 2-4 after 71 minutes of play. Raphaël Giacometti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigvard Skarkman having to interfere. Raphaël Giacometti kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Sébastian Gossard scored 2-5 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sigvard Skarkman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sébastian Gossard in the 86th minute of play forced Norra Sandby FF's goalkeeper Sigvard Skarkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raphaël Giacometti got free with Sigvard Skarkman in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blaise Lestage in the 97th minute of play forced Norra Sandby FF's goalkeeper Sigvard Skarkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 98 minutes into the match, Norra Sandby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Matthieu Macquet came free, but Sigvard Skarkman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over FC Saubrigues could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Norra Sandby FF throughout the match.
