Sport Club Mavericks's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Simão Sena scored to the left of an out of position Amadeu Prado, making the score, 1-0. 5 minutes into the match, Pedro Luís Bertassi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeu Prado. Sport Club Mavericks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Luís Bertassi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Sport Club Mavericks's Amadeu Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Sena in the 8th minute of play. Rodolfo Siqueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zézinho Neto in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Amadeu Prado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simão Sena. Amadeu Prado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simão Sena went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Sport Club Mavericks's Amadeu Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Rodrigues in the 19th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Simão Sena put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Amadeu Prado. Simão Sena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Amadeu Prado made a huge save. 28 minutes into the game, Zézinho Neto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Rodolfo Siqueira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amadeu Prado made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Pedro Luís Bertassi sent off a good shot on target. Alexsandro Lira was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 32 minutes into the match. Alexsandro Lira hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Vágner Pitta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amadeu Prado, 5-1. A A Arizona's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

Sport Club Mavericks's Amadeu Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabinho Sanches in the 52nd minute of play. Amadeu Prado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luís Bertassi in the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Mavericks's Rogério Cean got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 58th minute Fabinho Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeu Prado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Luís Bertassi went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. 64 minutes into the match, Sport Club Mavericks's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro de Castro came free, but Amadeu Prado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeu Prado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vágner Pitta in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álvaro de Castro in the 73rd minute of play forced Sport Club Mavericks's goalkeeper Amadeu Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Simão Sena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeu Prado. Amadeu Prado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Téo Guimarães hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th match minute, A A Arizona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro de Castro to maneuver through the defense. Simão Sena took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amadeu Prado. Amadeu Prado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. There was no doubt that A A Arizona were the better team. A A Arizona's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
