In the 13th minute, Pedrinho Neiva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ernani Oliveira. The goal made the score 1-1. Moisés Antunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 minutes of play, ≮王者归来≯News at 11's Marco Dias made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moisés Antunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! When ≮王者归来≯News at 11's Lester Nygaard in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Monumento Sports's goalie prevented a goal. After 24th play minutes Lester Nygaard shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Moisés Antunes and just under the crossbar into goal. After 30 minutes, Luiz Eduardo Luz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ≮王者归来≯News at 11 and the Monumento Sports players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th match minute, ≮王者归来≯News at 11 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Eduardo Luz to maneuver through the defense. Márcio Nunes's late challenge caught a ≮王者归来≯News at 11's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Márcio Nunes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, Márcio Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 39th minute of the match Luiz Eduardo Luz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luiz Eduardo Luz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 41 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯News at 11's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Quintal came free, but Ernani Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gernando Quintal made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 42ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ernani Oliveira would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 43rd minute, Lester Nygaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moisés Antunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Moisés Antunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After 47 played minutes Monumento Sports got a freekick which was hit by Diego Ramos. After the first half ≮王者归来≯News at 11 were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lester Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Monumento Sports's goalkeeper Moisés Antunes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hílton Toscano. Ernani Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Quintal in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Mathias Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Monumento Sports getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Mathias Seco hit a great ball. Lester Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Antunes having to interfere. Moisés Antunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Weller in the 64th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Monumento Sports got a freekick which was hit by Giuseppe Queiroz. ≮王者归来≯News at 11 made a substitution. Jorginho Félix replaced Gonçalo Coelho. Moisés Antunes stood somewhat misplaced when Glauco Abraão came free in front of goal and shot 1-5 to the left of him in the 70 minute. Tiago Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Júnior Meirelles, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 78 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯News at 11's Glauco Abraão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moisés Antunes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A throw-in in the 80th minute of the game was made by Adrianinho Torres with Mauro Antunes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Lester Nygaard hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Hílton Toscano struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Moisés Antunes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ≮王者归来≯News at 11. Moisés Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glauco Abraão in the 89th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Glauco Abraão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Monumento Sports fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ≮王者归来≯News at 11 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
