In the 24th minute Valdir Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marquinhos Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cássio Peixoto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Marquinhos Xavier made a huge save. In the 28th match minute, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquinhos Brasil to maneuver through the defense. Geovanni Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Jailson Gonçalves scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cafu Linares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gugu Silva to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Geovanni Sabóia got a free kick in the 50th minute. With a little luck, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Cafu Linares got control of the ball when Gugu Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Cafu Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Paulo Salles in the 66th minute of play. After 66 minutes of play, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Pedro Paulo Salles made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cafu Linares was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Cléberson Ferreira hit a great ball. When Germano Vasconcelos fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OTTO FC - FSCMZ's protests and gave Germano Vasconcelos a yellow card for diving instead. 79 minutes into the match, Cássio Peixoto notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Marquinhos Xavier.
